II. IDEATION

We transformed those paper prototypes to a first initial version of our mid-fi wireframes to start testing with people.

After this, we started making some paper prototypes on how to scan QR codes and the website in general...

We started by figuring out in a mind-map, what are the problems we wanted to talk about and map a general solution that in this case was called “CoinStance”

III. TESTING

2.

3.

We performed some user testing with users by using the Figma Prototyping tool. We prioritized the main functions and the act of scanning a QR code to pay for goods.

We gathered crucial insights on what could be done better such as:

People did not wanted to download an app just to pay for something when they are travelling.

The would like the experience to be more straight forward instead of having multiple functions.

They enjoyed the process of scanning a QR Code to pay and using your selected payment system.

We took the insights we gathered and started prototyping a final version of our solution taking into account that it was going to be now Web Browser Based and not an app, and more straight forward with the QR code scan and payment.
